Push has made it through as a finalist in the Workplace Excellence category in this year’s prestigious Google Ads Premier Partner Awards.

This category recognises how the Push team come together to create a great working environment that promotes our culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Staying ahead is one of our core values; we place learning at the forefront of our workplace agenda, continuously nurturing our people and ensuring that there is a strategy in place to facilitate talent growth. This is achieved through our onboarding programme, structured 6 month training plan for Account Executives progressing to Account Managers, and our weekly training sessions for sharing technical skills with the wider team.

It is our strong belief that diversity fosters better employee engagement, creativity and productivity. This is key to our previous Google Award wins; we asked our team to create a video that demonstrates this.
