We want you to work when and where you feel most comfortable. We encourage our employees to work from home as well in the office where we like to collaborate and share ideas. In the current environment, team members are typically in the office 4 times a week however this may change as the year progresses.
We will set you up with all the tools you need to do the job. This includes a MacBook Pro, external monitor and all the software you need.
When Push succeeds we want all of our employees to share in our success too. We have a performance related bonus scheme that is distributed among the team in the Year end based on team successes but also individual successes.
